• Dedicated team of service engineers for periodic service or breakdowns of the machine. We maintain a database of all customers and schedule services at 3 to 6 months.

• We have spare heads available on rent, which can be shipped to customers while their machine head is being serviced at our end. This avoids any line stoppage in want of service and loss of productivity.

• We have close to $100000 spare parts inventory with us for our customers to service.
